No. 31 Restaurant & Bar was established in May 2012. The house was converted into a Restaurant in 1999 trading as “Laurels” Restaurant until it sadly closed in 2010.

Each Grader has worked hard to develop a practiced eye for quality beef, able to spot an exceptional cut in an instant. It’s an art as much as a science, and it’s what sets Greenstone Creek a world apart.

Aged to perfection

We can’t just stop there. Perfection takes time. So as nature worked its magic on our natural New Zealand landscape, we let it work its magic on our hand-selected cuts. Every Greenstone Creek steak cut is aged for 21 days, resulting in meat that’s beautifully marbled and mouth-wateringly tender.
