Deep red cherry colour with a nose of lifted florals, blue and blackberries, spice and rich plum. The plate is sensual and textural. Initial restrained power unfolds and build to a long and lively length with integrated tannins and savoury French oak.

Deep ruby red. Complex and compelling bouquet full of pomegranate, cherry, vanilla, chocolate and spice. Palate is concentrated and rich with fine grain tannins.

Blends of 70% merlot & 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Fruit was harvested at optimum ripeness, shows succulent berry-fruit & blackcurrant flavours with hints of vanilla & spice.

Each Grader has worked hard to develop a practiced eye for quality beef, able to spot an exceptional cut in an instant. It’s an art as much as a science, and it’s what sets Greenstone Creek a world apart.
Aged to perfection
We can’t just stop there. Perfection takes time. So as nature worked its magic on our natural New Zealand landscape, we let it work its magic on our hand-selected cuts. Every Greenstone Creek steak cut is aged for 21 days, resulting in meat that’s beautifully marbled and mouth-wateringly tender.
